You can contact Absolute Dental to ask about personal information linked to your use of this website. You can:

• ask for access to personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
• ask whether information can be deleted, subject to retention requirements.

Make a request

Email care@absolutedental.com.au with the subject “Personal data request”, or call (08) 9321 6398 for help. Please include:

• your name and how you would like us to contact you;
• whether you are asking for access, a correction or deletion;
• a short description of the information and, if useful, when you contacted us through the website;
• any previous name or email address we may need to find the information.

Please share only what we need to identify your request. Do not attach identity documents or detailed health records to your first email. Our team will explain any verification steps and a safe way to provide more information.

Requesting dental or health records

Website information and practice health records are handled through different processes. For your dental records, treatment information or a request on someone else’s behalf, please contact the practice directly. Our team will explain the information and authority needed to consider your request.

What happens next

Our team may contact you to clarify your request and to confirm your identity or authority. The information you give helps us find the relevant records and reply to you.

Access, correction and deletion are subject to the law. Legal retention obligations or other exceptions may limit what can be provided or removed. Please ask our team about the expected response time and any access charges before going ahead.
