Our approach to accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use the Absolute Dental website, including people who use assistive technology. If something makes information hard to find or use, we would like to hear about it.

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a reference for ongoing improvements. This statement is not a certification that every page or third-party feature meets every requirement.

Using this website

• Use the “Skip to content” link to move past the main navigation when you use a keyboard.
• Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls. Focus indicators show where you are.
• Use your browser’s zoom controls to make text and page content larger.
• Supported animations are reduced when your device asks for less motion.
• Page headings, labelled controls and image descriptions help explain how content is organised.

You do not need to turn on a separate accessibility widget to use these features.

External services and documents

Online booking, the enquiry form, the chat widget, maps and videos are provided by external services, so their accessibility and behaviour may differ from this website. Some documents or videos may not be available in your preferred format. If a feature stops you from completing a task, contact our team for help or to arrange another way to get the information.

Report a barrier or request help

• the page address and what you were trying to do;
• what stopped you from using the page or service;
• your browser, device or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it;
• how you would like us to reply, or the alternative format you need.

You do not need to tell us about a diagnosis to report an accessibility problem.
